Terms and Conditions

 

In making this booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions below apply to all bookings whether made online through our website or made through email, telephone or in person.

By placing a booking with us, you, and your party (guests) agree to the following T&C’s as set out below. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to making your booking.

To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 21 years of age. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are permitted to use the property and its facilities.

By placing this booking, this confirms that this contract is between you, your party and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.

Payment/Cancellations/Refunds

Payment will be made in full at the time of booking. If a booking is cancelled or modified by you, up to 4 weeks prior to the date of your arrival, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation is 2 weeks prior to the date of your arrival, half the monies will be refunded. Thereafter there will be no refund. We will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate any requests to alter your booking to another suitable date or treat the booking as cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

If you choose to depart early for whatever reason, we cannot provide any refund.

We would advise that you take out some travel insurance.

Deposits

A discretionary deposit of £200 may be required at The Apartment.

A £100 deposit will be required if the underground parking is utilised in The Apartment. Both will be requested at time of arrival and refunded at time of departure.

Check In/Check Out Times

Guests must only check in and check out by the times stated below…

Check in is 4pm on your day of arrival. Check out is 11am on your day of departure.

Please contact us if there are any variants required.

Damage and Theft

Please treat the facilities and accommodation with due care so that other guests may enjoy them. Let us know if you damage anything accidentally. Charges will only be incurred upon excessive carelessness. And please don’t steal anything.

 

 

Wi-Fi and Fair usage Policy

Internet access is complimentary and subject to technical availability. It is intended for general use such as messaging, social media and light media streaming.

Smoking

We respectfully request that all guests refrain from smoking in any of our properties and instead use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas.

Pets

We are animal lovers and are able to accommodate pets at The Boathouse and The Studios. Please contact us directly by telephone or email for more information. There will be an additional cleaning fee of £30 for the duration of their stay. (We have guests who have allergies)

Children

Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times.

Parking

Parking is available at all the Accommodations. There are no charges. There will be a £100 deposit taken for the underground parking at the Apartment, which will be refunded on departure. Guests must accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.

Restricted Areas/Accessibility

There are steps at each of our properties. Guests with mobility issues may wish to contact us directly prior to booking.

Personal Details & Privacy

Your personal details will be stored in accordance with the data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).

Complaints

Our aim is to provide a high-quality service in all areas to ensure your stay is a pleasant and memorable one. We recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. Your views and feedback are important to us and we appreciate all your comments. They afford us the opportunity to learn and improve what we deliver. If you have a complaint, please let us know during your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.

Our Rights to Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.

Your booking will not be cancelled by us unless in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and an alternative sought or prompt refund provided.
